Its helpful to restrict the movement of the Guy, since that speeds up the whole Harvest/plow/sow process, and the best way to do that is to block the place where he is spawned (born).
But this has issues with FVB, since during its work, FVB will also click on the Guy, and that will pop-up a "He/She" pop-up thus disrupting the whole process.
It is therefore suggested that the Guy should be blocked around the sides of the farm and not the center.
